As long as it's only client side and doesn't affect server sided opperations aka sending request that you did 14mil dps with one hit it shouldn't be a problem. I dont know if an official statement was made here tho. In short, it is kinda "unofficially support". NCSoft don't really care if you mod, and won't actively search for modders to ban.
